This policy explains how Rabbits Hat LLC (“Rabbit’s Hat”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit rabbitshat.co. Our individual products and apps have their own privacy policies, linked from their pages, and those policies apply when you use them.

What we collect

• Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to deal with your request.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

This website has no user accounts, no contact forms that store your data, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies.

Third parties

• Hosting: the site is hosted by Namecheap, which processes server logs on our behalf.
• Fonts: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, and as required by law. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider’s retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@rabbitshat.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
